Florida strawberries are harvested from the end of November through at least the first of April. Our many different varieties developed for optimum growing conditions in Florida allow us to have a consistent, high quality supply of strawberries throughout our growing season. We are very fortunate to have a strawberry research lab as part of the IFAS lab in Balm continually working on the betterment of our industry.
