Strawberry Bread
Ingredients:
3 Cups Fresh Strawberries
3 1/8 cups all purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour two 9 X 5 loaf pans
Slice strawberries, and place in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, and set aside.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in a large bowl. Blend oil, eggs and strawberries together. Add strawberry mixture to flour mixture, blending until dry ingredients are just moistened. Stir in pecans. Divide batter into pans.
Bake 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool in pans on wire rack for 10 minutes. Turn loaves out and cool completely.

Strawberry Cobbler
Ingredients:
4 Tablespoons butter
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
2 cups sliced FRESH FLORIDA STRAWBERRIES
1 TBSP Sugar
Cooking Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place oven rack in upper-middle position.
Place butter in an 8 inch square or 9 inch round baking pan; Place in oven to melt. Remove pan from oven when butter has melted.
In a small bowl, mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Add milk and mix to form a smooth batter. Pour batter into pan (over melted butter) , then scatter fruit over batter. Sprinkle with remaining 1 TBSP of sugar.
Bake 50 - 60 minutes, or until batter browns and firms and fruit is bubbly. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
